Consultation

We start with the mission requirements: coverage, capacity, frequency, latency, security posture, sovereignty constraints.

Design

We design the constellation against those requirements end-to-end, satellites and payload together, no handoffs between vendors.

Delivery

We deliver through milestone-structured manufacturing over an 18–36 month window.

Handover

The customer takes operational control of the constellation, while we provide ongoing operations support under a separate contract.
